We’re proudly team ice cream. Our name, Gelati Celesti, often makes people think we’re gelato, but it translates to “heavenly ice cream” in Italian. And that's exactly what we make. Small-batch ice cream churned on special Italian equipment that whips in less air. The result is a rich and creamy texture that feels a little like gelato, but it's 100% ice cream.
